Sydney Rovner

Sydney is NHA’s Program Assistant, working closest with the Policy and Legislative Affairs teams. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Romance Languages from The Ohio State University where she took advantage of the opportunities to study abroad in both Czech Republic and Spain. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University School of International Studies Bologna Center with her master’s in European Public Policy with a focus in transatlantic climate policy.

Prior to joining NHA, Sydney completed a Policy and Advocacy fellowship with Foreign Policy for America and the Delegation of the European Union to the United States where she worked on various climate policy initiatives.

Sydney lives in Falls Church, Virginia where she spends most of her time baking, learning a new language, and planning her next trip abroad.
