Heidi is an advocate for hydropower with more than 25 years’ experience providing legislative, policy, regulatory and environmental services in both the public and private sectors. At Stantec, she serves as project manager and strategic advisor to large and small engineering design, construction, and environmental/regulatory projects. Heidi’s leadership and drive reflects her values: on behalf of projects, clients, and industry, she engages and builds relationships with colleagues, regulators, stakeholders, and the public on broad hydropower industry and on specific project licensing matters.
