This report describes the results of Power System Computer-Aided Design (PSCAD) simulations
that were performed in 2020 and 2021 to assess the impacts of PacWave South generation on the
Central Lincoln People’s Utility District (CLPUD)’s 12.47- kV distribution and 69- kV
subtransmission systems.
