Tim is the Business Sector Leader of Power and Energy at Kleinschmidt. Tim’s technical expertise is in the management of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) licensing efforts for hydroelectric projects. He is also involved with the development of Kleinschmidt’s new energy markets that include wave, tidal, and offshore wind power. Tim earned his B.A. in English, with a concentration in science from the University of Richmond. He is a co- chair of the National Hydropower Associations’ Marine Energy Council and is a member of NHA’s Board of Directors.
