Leading the Water Resources panel is Dr. Misty Huddleston of HDR. With over 14 years of consulting and research in the natural resources field, Dr. Huddleston has deep experience and has supported multiple Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) licensing, relicensing, and compliance efforts, including developing, managing, and implementing study plans; preparing mitigation and monitoring plans for federally protected species; and performing compliance monitoring and reporting activities.
