The International Hydropower Association (IHA) is hosting the first in a new webinar series on December 1, 2022, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. EST, to showcase some of the latest advancements driving hydropower’s development at the forefront of the clean energy transition.

The webinar will be moderated by AFRY Switzerland, and it will include presentations by three of IHA’s members: Natel Energy, Sunshine Hydropower, and Sweetch Energy. These three companies will share about innovative, technological advancements boosting hydropower development, improving energy security, and creating real change when it comes to furthering decarbonization.

Innovation is a key enabler of the energy transition. As the demand for hydropower increases to provide flexible, reliable power services, which can adapt to changing supply and demand, more inventive technologies will be needed. This ensures that hydropower operators can maximize the performance of their projects and access future energy markets.
