18 Jun Gracon has been Awarded Crystal Creek Dam Improvements
Gracon has been contracted by Colorado Springs Utilities for Crystal Creek Dam Improvements. We will recoat the entire steel dam face, remove the existing outlet piping and valves and replace them with new pipe and valves, install a hydraulically actuated slide gate in the reservoir outlet structure, grout the existing outlet tunnel full, and install water level monitoring equipment.
