We represent FERC licensees, exemption holders, owners of non-jurisdictional projects, entities developing new hydropower, and stakeholders on a wide range of licensing and compliance issues. We have also assisted hydropower clients in settlement negotiations, and advocated on their behalf in federal appeals courts and Congress and before state commissions, courts, and legislatures.
