Tuesday, December 6

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM: 2022 Southeast Regional Meeting

Tour Information

 

TVA will host a tour of one of their facilities in the Chattanooga region. This tour will feature technical information and an opportunity to see a project up close. It is included with the cost of registration.

There will be a 50 person capacity limit for the tour. Unfortunately, no guests will be allowed to join. The cut-off date to RSVP for the tour is November 28, 2022.

You will have the opportunity to RSVP for the tour when you register for the event. If you need to change your RSVP, please contact Marycella Dumlao.

 

 

 

Transportation

The bus will leave from the Chattanooga Marriott at 9:15AM sharp on December 5.

Tour attendees will not be allowed to drive themselves to the facility.

Security

Please bring a government-issued photo identification.

Foreign Nationals: Non-U.S. citizens (including Canadian citizens) will be required to undergo additional screening and paperwork ahead of time. This will need to be completed by November 20, 2022.

Photos: Photos are prohibited in certain areas of the facility, including the control rooms. The tour guide will advise attendees when photos are not allowed.

Bags: Please leave your bags, water bottles, and other belongings on the bus.

Dress Code

Close-toed shoes are required and work boots are highly recommended. No sandals or heels. No loose or baggy clothing.

PPE will be provided on-site by TVA but attendees are welcome to bring their own if they wish.
