John is a Senior Energy Regulatory Advisor at Gomez and Sullivan Engineers, DPC. With over 35 years of experience in the development of transmission and generation projects, Mr. Suloway has extensive experience in project evaluation, regulatory processes, public relations, contract negotiations, and management of environmental, economic and engineering studies. In his position at Gomez and Sullivan, Mr. Suloway assists clients in relicensing hydro projects and in project development and licensing of new generation and transmission projects.
