NHA has affiliations with several organizations dedicated to promoting hydropower's benefits. NHA created the Hydro Research Foundation (HRF), a nonprofit educational foundation several years ago. It's mission is to facilitate research and to promote educational opportunities. The US Hydropower Council for International Development grew out of NHA's old International committee and is dedicated to furthering the needs of the U.S. hydro industry in the international arena. Learn how these organizations are building a strong future for hydropower.
Affiliate members also connect NHA to state and regional associations. Over the last several years, NHA has developed relationships with state and regional groups that advocate policies that promote clean, renewable and reliable hydropower. They too are listed on this page.
From the Geneva Switzerland to Geneva, New York, NHA's affiliations extend the reach of the hydropower community.
